Hi, I’m Amie. I am a CBT therapist working with children, teens and adults around ADHD, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation and school stress. I believe therapy should feel human, collaborative, and achievable — not cold or intimidating. Since starting my clinic, I have been passionate about helping overwhelmed young people and adults understand neurodiversity and emotional overwhelm while offering warm, practical support. Together, we focus on building confidence, understanding emotions, and creating practical changes that help you feel calmer, stronger, and more in control.
